I changed my mind. Can I get a refund or make an exchange for a new size/colour?

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or change your mind, we are happy for you to return the item for a full refund or exchange. Returned items must comply with our returns policy. Please refer to the returns policy and guidelines in the policy page.

How do I know that the size I ordered is the right size for me?

Please make sure that you refer to the size chart for each item prior to selecting it for purchase.

Can I track my order?

All customers receive a shipping confirmation e-mail when their order has been shipped, which includes the tracking number. Please use the links provided via our carrier notification to track your order

When will I receive my order?

For orders within the UK, we aim to have your order processed and delivered to you within 1-2 working days. This is subject to verification. 
We do not ship out on Saturdays or Sundays and UK public holidays.
If your order has not arrived within the aforementioned guidelines, please contact us and we will do our best to track your order for you.

What shipping carrier do you use?

We ship all orders via Federal Express (FedEx) and DPD. All shipments are Direct Signature Required. Free local delivery is available for orders over £150 within the UK. For orders under £150, we charge £5.99 for local delivery.

Why does my billing and shipping address have to match?

We require that your billing and shipping address match as an additional step to protect and prevent you from credit card fraud.
