A BATHING APE® AND ©SAINT Mxxxxxx REUNITE FOR FALL/WINTER 2026
A BATHING APE® presents its latest collaboration with ©SAINT Mxxxxxx, founded by designer Yuta Hosokawa and artist Cali DeWitt. For Fall/Winter 2026, the two brands reconvene around a shared fascination with the visual language of American culture, presenting the collection across two distinct releases: DROP 1 and DROP 2.
Drawing from the music, fashion, and art that shaped 1990s America, the collection revisits an era defined by bold graphics, worn-in character, and an unmistakable sense of attitude. Rather than simply looking to the past, ©SAINT Mxxxxxx deconstructs and reinterprets these references, transforming the faded graphics and nostalgic character of vintage apparel into a distinctly contemporary expression.
The first release features graphic tees, long-sleeve tee, socks, and a stool, introducing the collaboration through a series of considered graphic treatments.
Faded prints and distressed imagery recall the character of coveted ’90s vintage tees, while graphics inspired by classic tour merchandise draw from the visual language of American music culture. Poolside imagery, vintage tin-can motifs, and other archival-inspired references appear throughout, each carrying its own cultural resonance while unified by ©SAINT Mxxxxxx’s signature approach to aging, distressing, and reconstruction.
Imperfection becomes a defining visual language. Familiar symbols are stripped from their original context and reworked through the distinctive lens of ©SAINT Mxxxxxx, giving each piece the feeling of something unearthed rather than newly created.
The collaboration extends beyond apparel with socks and a stool featuring playful, pop-driven graphics. These pieces bring the collection into the interior space, expanding its visual language beyond clothing while maintaining the irreverent spirit of 1990s American culture.
